All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours from our South-California Warehouse. We ship USPS (Unitied States Regular Mail). Most packages arrive within 3-7 business days after your order is placed. International customers, please allow 10-14 days for arrival.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We can accept paypal if you wish. We must send you a paypal payment request.
We do not charge a Handling fee! Beware of websites charging hidden handling fee's.
Warranty and Returns
CarAlarmsWarehouse is dedicated to its customers. For this reason we have our Terms & Conditions in place to minimize misunderstandings.
Under no circumstance will we be liable for installation labor costs for installation and or removal of a part ordered from this site.
CarAlarmsWarehouse offers a 14-Day Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt you may send the product back for a refund according to our requirements: All products returned must be in new condition, original packaging.
For returns, please Email us us within 14 days of receipt. Once an approval has been granted by email, please mail the products back to the address provided by our sales team. Products must be packaged in original boxes and returned within 7 days of the return authorization. Failure to do so will void your return. Returns for refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the return shipment costs. CarAlarmsWarehouse under no circumstance will refund the customer for initial and return shipping costs.
All returns without authorization are subject to refusal.
Special order products are subject to a 35% restocking fee
Products returned damaged, in unreadable condition will be returned back to the customer.
Customers who refuse shipments or provide incorrect shipping addresses are required to re-pay shipping costs. If customer cancels order after shipment is made, customer is required to pay a 25% restocking fee.
If an order arrives damaged, CarAlarmsWarehouse can send a replacement out without charge to the customer. However, if customer decides to cancel the order, customer will be required to pay a 25% restocking fee.
Order cancelations must be done promptly before and order is shipped. We ship daily so it’s essential to call or email us within hours of placing your order to be able to cancel the order. All cancelations which have been charged are subject to 10% cancelation fee which covers our processing fees.
If merchandise ordered has not been received, please email or call us within business hours. We will work with you to promptly investigate the location of your order.
All sales are final on clearance items.
Competition Product Disclaimer:
- Vehicles modified by aftermarket products may not meet local, State and Federal requirements for use on public streets. It is the customer's sole responsibility to adhere to and comply with all local, State and Federal laws. Use of aftermarket products may affect insurance and or vehicle warranties.
- There is no warranty, stated or implied, due to unusual use or driving conditions. Any damage caused by modifications, improper installation, or improper use is the sole responsibility of the customer and not that of the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer. The customer is responsible for any associated costs including repairs and service, damages or liabilities incurred.
- Parts can only be returned and accepted according to the CarAlarmsWarehouse.com Return Policy (see above).
- Due to their subjective nature, PCT does not guarantee performance or ride quality of customer's vehicle.
Pricing & Errors
Prices shown and stock availability are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any type of error, CarAlarmsWarehouse.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel said line item within the order, or the entire order. In such case, the customer will receive a credit for the canceled amount.
Occasionally we ship from various warehouses. You may get 2 or more packages for the same order placed.
